Migena is the best!
We moved from out of state and Migena was recommended by a friend of a friend. She made the home buying process incredibly easy and stress-free and we are delighted with our new home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market and her connections helped us get a great deal on our home. On top of that she went above and beyond in countless ways. One example is she offered to visit houses we were interested in and take videos so that we could narrow down our options for when we’d make quick trips down to see houses in person. Excellent agent that goes above and beyond for her clients. Pam will help until you get the key.
Pam took us to multiple properties . She had knowledge about them all when we chose our property she was there for us every step of the way. At the end when we had problems with the sellers providing paperwork late she fought for us every step of the way. Late night calls was not a problem. Best agent you can ask for.

I had an excellent experience working with Carolyn Christian and Glenn Fogg to sell my investment property in Lakeland, Florida. They have deep knowledge of the local market and a strong understanding of how to position a home for a successful sale. Glenn was especially helpful in managing the repairs and updates needed to prepare the house. He handled everything efficiently and found reliable people to complete the work at very reasonable prices. Throughout the process, both he and Carolyn consistently followed up with every potential buyer and agent who viewed the property, gathering feedback and keeping me informed about what people liked and what concerns they had. In my case, they represented both the seller and the buyer. I always felt they were honest, fair, and genuinely committed to looking out for the interests of both sides. Their commission was only 2%, which made the experience even more positive. Carolyn is an experienced agent with strong knowledge and connections across many areas of real estate. She is also a very kind person who always goes out of her way to help her clients—whether or not the issue is directly related to the sale. Even with her busy schedule, she always made time to support me. For example, I consulted her about a property I owned in Texas that had been severely damaged by a tenant and had foundation issues. Gets the job done
Professional and goes the extra mile. Impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market. Negotiation skills are excellent and her dedication to the field is above average. She got my house sold in a short period of time. She knows what she is doing. Would highly recommend her as a Real estate professional. I'm happy with how she was able to make this happen for me. In todays market it takes a very skillful person to get a deal done and Hilda is the person that can make it happen.
