Vanessa was wonderful from start to finish! Prior to putting our house on the market, Vanessa gave several suggestions to help with the appeal of our home, which we ran with to the benefit of our sale. Vanessa organised an excellent photographer for our listing, referred us to a good, affordable painter, and even got us an awesome realtor for our next home! When our home listed, Vanessa provided us with emails of each offer with a succinct summary at the top, which is amazing considering we got dozens upon dozens of offers! My wife and I were ridiculously busy in the weeks surrounding the sale of our house, but Vanessa was patient, flexible, and wonderfully responsive. Lastly, Vanessa had an idea for our homes’ price point, which at first we were hesitant about, but we trusted in Vanessa’s foresight and expertise and our home closed for so much more than we ever hoped for! We are so glad we placed our trust in Vanessa. I could not have asked for a better realtor and it is no exaggeration to regard Vanessa as more than a realtor; as family.

Where to begin when reviewing Christina!! AMAZING. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. We relocated from CA and it was intense and Christina was not only an amazing realtor, constantly (like day AND night) working for us, she was also supportive and sensitive to our unique family needs.
