A positive experience
Deciding to purchase a 2nd home, far away from familiar surroundings and recommendations from trusted friends was a daunting thought. I met Dante Profita simply by asking a question about a property we saw in an online ad. Unlike some other agents we encountered, Dante really came across as someone who not only knew the Sarasota market, but as someone who would be diligent on my behalf. Dante also understood the narrow window of opportunity I had to work within. I found him to be honest, and to be a thorough/hard worker. He communicated well, and always in a timely manner. Overall, I’d highly recommend Dante Profita to anyone from out of town looking to buy real estate in Sarasota County.

Maggie is amazing!
Maggie really understands the market and how to navigate the ups and downs of real estate. She helped us understand our options and navigate multiple buyers. We discovered some needed repairs and she communicated, with excellence, with the buyers and we didn’t loose the contract! She was really amazing and always conducted business with integrity and kindness. I would use her again and recommend her highly.

Great Experience

Excellent Florida purchase experience
We reach out to Dante via email and text, the quick response to our message created a peace of mind to us, since we had been looking for a house for 3 long months with a different agent, quickly he set up appointments with us and started the search for our retirement home, within weeks we found the house and he advised us well on how to negotiate with the sellers in order to make our offer attractive, he kept us informed during the loan process and found solutions to any issues during the process, very dedicated and knowledgeable agent, we recommend Dante to anyone who is looking for the perfect realtor agent that will work with you through the long process with a smile on the face, very please and happy couple we are!! Trude was a pleasure to deal with. She and Doug Booth were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Trude and Doug Booth was very knowledgeable regarding the market and very helpful since this was the first house I ever owned. They helped determine the asking price and were right. I received the asking price. They made my leaving Florida and returning to New Jersey to be near my family an easy trasition.

Linda is simply amazing. I'm also happy to not call her just my realtor about my friend.
It was a very bad time in my life going through a very bad divorce. Linda was not only able to sell our prior marital home for cash she found me a beautiful dream home to make a fresh start. I don't know where I'd be if she wouldn't have found this place that I live in now and I'm happier than ever.
