Anne gets 5 stars and if they offered 6, she would get that! She has been our exclusive agent here in New Port Richey since the first time we met. She pateintly showed us house after house while she introduced us to full time-living here in Florida. When we bought an investment property in downtown New Port Richey she was the "go to" person for the deal. Even before closing, she was extremely helpful with finding tenants and filling in the income void of an investment property. When it was time to sell, she navigated the inspections and appraisals with professionalism. She will be our agent when we sell our current home and other deals here in Pasco county. I love love love Krista. Shes super friendly,upbeat,personable, energetic and just fun. I started off with a bad experience with a other realtor and was referred to Krista by a friend. I told Krista about my experience and she made sure in her own way that it never happened again. She gets to know the style of home you want so it may take a few showings, but than when she knows...she knows.She personally picks out listings for you along with the autogenerated listings that are expected.BTW,I'm a first time home owner and she held my hand through everything. She did things for me that I don't know how to do,which is everything.I know how to do one thing,and that is work. She really took care of a lot of things for me and made me feel safe in a very organic maturation. If and when I sell again, I will definitely use her again. She's got 7,8 years experience at the time of this writing. So she knows what she's doing. She doesn't pressure you like my other realtor did ,ughhh. She doesn't expect you to pay full price unless it's worth it...unlike my other realtor who thought I'd pay full price for a complete demo???!?!? (What a dumb dumb) whatever I got Krista and so happy for it. Use Krista or I'll slash you're tires
