We met Sharon in the wake of a real estate nightmare from another agent. She reassured us that the disaster was averted rather than created, when our desires to own a house that slightly fit our needs fell through. Sharon took the time to get to know the little things about us to find the exact house that would be a home we would love and that would meet the visions of our home, holding all the potential. Sharon did not stop with writing a contract and collecting a commission, she attended every inspection and followed the process all the way through. I couldn't attend every inspection but she made sure that everything, including the processing of our loan was explained and carried out. The mortgage process was a nightmare and she would jump in to reassure us that the joy of ownership was right around the corner, even when I was ready to throw in the towel. We tried looking by ourselves for awhile with no luck. And after meeting Derrick, his help to us was priceless. He was able to get us into some houses that we had found but in the end he actually found the house that we ended up purchasing. He took care of everything from paperwork to legal documents to inspections and more. It’s our second time working with Stephanie. The first was to sell our condo and this time it was to find and purchase a home. Although the market was tough, Stephanie continued to consistently help us find homes and kept a positive attitude which was very encouraging. After multiple offers we finally landed our perfect house (in part thanks to her immediately following up with our back-up offer) and setting things in place in case an offer fell through (which it did!).
