We located a piece of property we were interested via an Internet search. We sent an inquiry via contact an agent and was promptly contacted via email (my preferred contact method). He subsequently wrote up our initial offer, which was rejected. He continued to watch the property for us and in discussions with the sellers agent determined what he thought would be acceptable to both parties and our subsequent offer was accepted.

With todays market, you need a realtor that looks out for you like family and thats what Sandy did. She happily went with us to multiple showings until we found the perfect house. In our opinion she went beyond what was expected to make sure our house sold as smoothly as possible. Sandy took on the role of therapist, building materials expert, and codes officer while juggling the buyer, the buyer realtor,banks, lawyers, inspectors and appraisors.
