Ms Stella communicated well. She communicated with us throughout our search from beginning to end. She spent tremendous amount of time with her search as well as presenting them to us over and over until one day her search and our needs sync up. She was persistence. And I was impressed. We were further impressed by the fact that she kept us safe away from flood prone areas. She would informed us. She gave us a lot of options and advise us to see everything before making our decision. That was very good and kind. She communicated on our behalf when dealing with the Seller, the Lender, as well as the Insurance people. She communicated with us all day, everyday, and even into the night if needed well beyond Final Alta (or Final Closing). If you are looking for someone to walk with you throughout the process meticulously, gently, and thoroughly. You may want to give Ms Stella a try. If you want an agent who's always trying to sale you something, then she may not be the right person. Ms Stella helped us closed a Perry's Home. That's a big deal for us and for her.
