Her low pressure, friendly and down to earth approach was super comforting for this introvert (who was under pressure to find a place to live). Lisa didn't let me settle for something that I could make do with but persevered with me until I found the house I loved. My under list price purchase in today's market was due primarily to her slick negotiation and stellar communication skills. Thank you, Lisa, so, so much for your help with my home purchase. Your patience, understanding, compassion, dedication and humor made it an experience (yes, a great one!). One that I will not ever forget. Brooklyn was awesome!!! She actually was researching and found us the perfect house while my partner and I were in the middle of an argument in front of her because we were so stressed about the market. ?? Sorry Brooklyn! She also actually stepped in for our other realtor who got sick and was able to immediately step in and help because we had a deadline. She did amazing with our contracts and was super fast and invested in helping us and has checked in with us multiple times afterward to see if there's anything we needed. We love her!

I researched many Real Estate Agents and Agencies in the Tampa Bay area and based on many prior positive reviews my wife and I decided to go with Michelle Mandia at the Houwzer Group. My wife and I had done many upgrades and renovations on our home and our goal was to sell to a family so they may be blessed by a great house in a great neighborhood, just like our family was.
