Johanna was an agent we found through referral after working with a completely different agent (at a different broker) who was a complete nightmare to work with. So when we met with Johanna we were skeptical. I can tell you that within 5 minutes we KNEW we were in good hands. She not only took the time to listen to our wants and needs, but she actually heard what we were saying and it showed every time we went to see a house. After numerous amounts of showings, we finally found our dream home. Johanna was so sweet and kind and stuck close during the whole process. She would answer all questions as they came up through the process, even while on a family vacation.
