Dana communicated with us consistently through the process and in a timely manner which was much appreciated! We were moving from out of state so it was fairly stressful not to be in person for a lot of our home search but Dana did a great job and helped us through the whole process. She knew the market, the locations and local vendors that we needed when the time came for inspections. We are in love with our new home and are so thankful that Dana was there to guide us!

We would highly recommend Anne to anyone looking for an agent to either list for sale or to find a property. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and has a good eye for detail. Anne helped us look for property awhile ago, then we asked her to act as our agent when a property in which we had interest unexpectedly came up for sale. Based on our excellent experience we then listed our condo for sale with her. She was right on target with her recommended listing price, we had a quick sale, with a smooth closing.

James gets it done! He was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. We were out of state buyers looking to find a home site unseen on a tight timeline. He visited multiple homes...did live facetime walk throughs...taking his time to make sure all our questions were answered. When we locked down an area, he was willing to knock on doors to see if he could find any interested sellers. The two houses we put an offer on, he was the first agent through the door...and with the house we bought, he got it locked down before anyone else could see it. He is responsive, patient and willing to do whatever it takes. When our movers showed up early, he met them at the house and made sure all the furniture was unloaded properly before we arrived...above and beyond in terms of making sure his clients are happy. You couldn't get a better agent!

We located a piece of property we were interested via an Internet search. We sent an inquiry via contact an agent and was promptly contacted via email (my preferred contact method). He subsequently wrote up our initial offer, which was rejected. He continued to watch the property for us and in discussions with the sellers agent determined what he thought would be acceptable to both parties and our subsequent offer was accepted.
