Dalton was very professional throughout the whole time I was looking to buy my new house. We were looking at an average of 7 houses per week. After 6 months of looking I finally closed on my home. I wish that I could give him ten stars for his diligence, patience and all the hard work he put in to help me. Dalton is very knowledgeable of how the housing market works and gave me a lot of insight. Whenever I had questions and called him, he would always answer every question I had and if he didn't know the answer he would find out and call me back as soon as possible. As first time homebuyers, jumping into this market was scary. It was time for our family though, we’ve grown a lot in the past few years and we were ready to start investing in ourselves instead of throwing money away for rent. We weren’t sure what to expect, but we knew we needed someone we could trust and that person was CJ. She was always transparent with us from day 1 and made sure we were 100% educated and empowered when making such a life changing decision. We had a few let downs, but that’s to be expected in this market. CJ always found a way to keep us calm through the whole process and helped us keep the hope alive when we started to feel discouraged. Finally after a few offers not being accepted, we found our next home and closed just last week. We thought the hardest part would be getting our offer accepted, but we started to come across some obstacles getting to the closing table. Down the the wire, CJ kept us encouraged and helped us ask the right questions. If you are looking to find a new home in this market, you’re going to need an agent that will have your back always. My sister went house hunting using Lisa many years ago and Lisa had always been very helpful, friendly and professional. I was amazed by the way Lisa handled things for me! I have had bad experiences with realtors in the past and Lisa was the complete opposite. With the housing market so crazy I was very nervous to buy a house. I didn't need to worry, it was an excellent experience! Lisa really listens and goes above and beyond for her clients. I was the executor for a family member and with that comes lots of responsibilities and learning. Not only was I selling a home, but figuring out the process being an executor , selling and donating items from the house and getting the home ready from out of state. This was also an emotional time for the family. Diane made this process incredibly smooth and reduced the stress. I knew I was in good hands. She knew exactly the steps that needed to be taken and went above and beyond to make sure we thoroughly understood the process. She helped us focus our efforts in home prep to assure we could generate interest from buyers and get the best price possible. This made the process so much more efficient and stress-reducing.
