Absolutely amazing! I cannot put into words the tenacity, determination and hard work Charlee put into my family finding a home. She is a realtor who will not take no for an answer. I was turned down by 4 realtors who discourage me because of my approval amount. When I got on the phone with Charlee I was literally in tears thinking if this realtor turns me down then I will quit looking for a home, but not her. She built up my hope and assured me we would find something. Not even two weeks into searching we placed an offer on a property! Heather helped me find my new home in Florida as I was living out of state. She was always vigilant of new properties that fit my needs and would send me videos with her comments and observations. It was almost better than being there in person! With her help I found the perfect home, she put in a lot of miles and work into it. She managed all the offer and closing process and did a great job at it. Angel is diligent and meticulous in her work as a real estate agent. She will take the time to make sure your property is priced competitively. She will also make sure to tell you what you should do to make sure the property will be ready to get maximum return. I found dealing with her was a very pleasant and professional experience. Annie is a pleasure to work with. She is extremely conscientious and responsive. We live in Chicago and had very limited time available to spend in South Florida as we searched for a home. We had very specific requirements and Annie zeroed in on what we believe is the perfect home for us. Annie internalized our desires, found several homes that were worthy of our consideration, found the home that best fit our needs, and shepherded us through the closing process with no glitches. Even after closing, we are still working with Annie on selecting and contracting with several services providers. She provided us with multiple options for contractors and service providers, as we are planning extensive internal and external upgrades to our new home. Her rolodex is impressive! I highly recommend her as your boots on the ground resource to put you into the property that hits the spot for you. She certainly did that for us!
