Well, Debra was a recommendation of my sister in-law. She stated that she was really good. I called Debra and set up a meeting, when we met she brought me a folder full of information of lenders, inspectors, terminates, electrician etc. I was very impressed. Debra went to every single house appointment/Open house, she also brought her flashlight along with her lol. I was undecided with what lender to chose and she provided me with 2 really good lenders which I choose one and was very happy with my choice. On the inspection day she moved her closing day early in the morning to be able to go with me to the inspection. I can keep going, but i don't want to write a book yet lol... Debra is an extremely organized person, very well knowledgeable and very well prepared individual. I love the way she works. I got discourage a lot of times and she got me back on track. Debra guided me step by step. I would recommend her to anyone.

Debbie is an amazing realtor. My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers, nervous about the whole house hunting process, and she made it easy! She made it her goal to help us find the home of our dreams. She explained every step of the process in simple terms, and answered all of our questions thoroughly and accurately. She was willing to travel out of her way and meet us at times that worked with our schedules to look at numerous homes and provide her expert opinions. She was very proactive by sending us homes she thought may be a good fit for us and going the extra mile to find out extra pertinent information when possible. She is extremely organized and thorough. There was never any pressure from Debbie to buy a home, and it was clear she wasn't just trying to make a sale; Debbie's main concern was making sure that we would be happy and comfortable in our new home. She took note of certain things that we liked and didn't like and took those into consideration when sending us information on homes. Debbie helped us find our dream home! It's evident that she really loves what she does! Working with her was wonderful.

Deb was referred to us by a friend who just bought his first Condo. We knew that we only wanted to work with someone that had great references so after talking about it we decided to talk to Deb ourselves. Boy, where we not disappointed! She was so intuitive about what we were looking for within the couple of mins of conversation. After looking at a couple of houses, we actually found our first home pretty quickly! Debra byrnes was referred to us by a close friend that had used her as their realtor so we took a chance and we do not regret one minute of it she did everything she possibly could to find us our Dream Home she was very knowledgeable of the rules and regulations and even when she wasn't quite sure about something she went above and beyond and did the research she needed to do to give us the information we needed. We were referred to Debbie from our very good friend Nicole. She knew of our situation and how we were looking for a house ASAP and thought that Debbie would be able to help us. She immediately set us up with the MLS so we would be able to see relevant listings. We gave Debbie a list of houses that we liked on a Monday and she showed us houses that Thursday! She helped us through every step of the way, from learning about our current situation to what kind of property we were looking for, pointing things out in houses that we may have overlooked, getting pre-approval letters, coordinating showing us houses to getting inspections, Title V reports, appraisals, drawing up the purchase and sales agreement and so much more. She explained everything to us so we knew what was going on and is very on top of things to keep the ball rolling and get us into our new house. Deb is a total professional who helped sell our house in relatively short order. This was a very challenging house; way out in the woods, an incomplete addition (framed), very small (600 sq. ft.) and with an issue with the septic tank.
