Sara listed my home for sale I received multiple offers over list immediately. After accepting an offer, the buyer was particularly difficult and I told Sara I wished to take the house of the market as I no longer wanted to sell the house to the buyer. Sara let me have some breathing space, contacted the seller's agent, lenders and everyone involved and got the deal completed and closed very quickly. She was also continually reaching out to the seller of my new home about the delays, on-going negotiations and I was able to close on my forever home. The only down side was their fee schedule (nothing Sara has to do with). It was a bit confusing.
