I have worked with Sarah to buy a property previously. She has gone above and beyond to answer any questions that we had, and to help us to navigate a very fast-paced buying market. She will be my first call if I ever need to buy or sell another home.

Sarah was an amazing agent who helped us work through some unusual circumstances to have a smooth sale of our property. She had also previously helped us buy a home, and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with on both occasions. Should we need to buy or sell another home, Sarah would be our first-choice agent, and we would happily recommend her as a realtor.

Sarah was with us every step of the way during our selling and buying journey. She offered excellent advice and helped us connect with the best offers. Sarah was also instrumental in helping us buy our new home. She helped with numerous tasks and made the transition very smooth.

We loved working with Marilyn and really appreciate all the hard work she and the team put into helping us find our perfect home. It was very reassuring and helpful to have Marilyn's expertise in such a difficult buyer's market. I would highly recommend Marilyn to anybody looking to purchase or sell real estate. Thank you!

Marilyn and the Vutech and Ruff team are absolutely amazing -- terrific knowledge of local market, super responsive, the total package. She has great instincts on where the market is, and her team does a great job of staging and marketing the home.
Cutler Real Estate | Vutech Ruff
Marilyn Vutech and the entire Vutech & Ruff Team was exceptional. We had a specialty mixed-use building for sale that took extra time and effort, and Marilyn was there for us all they way. Many realtors showed the property but only the V&R team brought real buyers to the table. They have an extensive, seasoned team that we highly recommend if you want to sell or buy a property in German Village and Columbus.

Wonderful team of professionals from top to bottom. Marilyn was an absolute joy to work with and helped us to sell our house in a day with multiple offers. The team also helped us through the inspection and financing phase. I would highly recommend this group!

Sara listed my home for sale I received multiple offers over list immediately. After accepting an offer, the buyer was particularly difficult and I told Sara I wished to take the house of the market as I no longer wanted to sell the house to the buyer. Sara let me have some breathing space, contacted the seller's agent, lenders and everyone involved and got the deal completed and closed very quickly. She was also continually reaching out to the seller of my new home about the delays, on-going negotiations and I was able to close on my forever home. The only down side was their fee schedule (nothing Sara has to do with). It was a bit confusing.
