Ed did a phenomenal job going above and beyond! He made logistics easy and effortless. Every last detail was thought of and addressed. He spent a lot of time at the property making sure any minor repair was fixed, everything was cleaned, manicured and immaculate so it was exceptionally pleasing to buyers. He successfully brought in an above and beyond closing price with great accomodations for the buyer. Not only was I very please as a seller but I know the buyers got a gem of a property that was so well cared for, flawless, and pristine they will be very happy with their new home!
