Stephen was an absolute pleasure to work with through our first home purchase. From investing the extra time to research / annotate comps for our offer submission, to his flexibility in working with the consistently changing schedules, to finally providing recommendations all throughout the process (lenders, inspectors, etc.), it was very clear the care Stephen has for his clients. While some experiences can often feel pressured for buyers (higher submissions, using their contacts, etc.), Stephen was incredibly professional and respectful through the entire process and was just an all around joy to work with! We have already recommended him to many of our friends and plan to continue moving forward. Stephen was excellent to work with. His name was given to us through Nationwide relocation services and he did a great job of listening to our needs. After our first tour of Columbus, he modified the search and quickly found properties that were strong targets. He was very responsive and anticipated issues before they arose. In our case, much of the buying process happened remotely and he was more than willing to go above and beyond to offset our lack of physical presence. We give him the highest recommendation. My wife, Sharie, and I wanted to move to Columbus, Ohio, from Southern Indiana in order to be closer to family. Stephen was recommended to us and we are very glad we chose Stephen to be our realtor.
