He helped us pick paint colors, find contractors, and determine what items we should repair before putting the house on the market. We had an excellent experience working with Stephen Dial while buying our first home. As first-time buyers, I went into the process with a lot of anxiety, but the entire experience ended up being shockingly easy — and Stephen was a huge reason why. We attended an open house on 11/16 and knew right away that we were interested. We called Stephen, and despite not having met with him in person in quite some time, he met us the same day to walk through the house. That level of responsiveness really set the tone for the rest of the process. Stephen was flexible, prompt, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout. He also seems very well connected and was able to easily facilitate and coordinate other parts of the process, which made everything feel seamless. From that first showing to closing on 12/15, the process was smooth and virtually issue-free.
