Peggy was a true professional when I dealt with her. I was in a position that I needed to sell a property to settle an estate and Peggy stopped on a Sunday morning to do a walk-thru and I explained I wanted to sell the property at a fair price to get it sold. After doing her market analysis we agreed on a price and when it went on the market on a Monday morning the property had 2 offers on Tuesday and we accepted an offer on Wednesday it sold in 2 days.
