Jane was very responsive to our messages and calls — sometimes you would need to follow up but she always responded to your questions. But during critical steps of the process e.g, putting in an offer, she will give you all the updates needed even if it’s we are waiting on something. As a first time home buyer, she did point out items we should be looking for in a house and neighborhood, so our searches got better each time we went out and looked at houses in person. She even encouraged us to look on our own by going to open houses without her and just drive around different neighborhoods to help narrow down our choices. During our searches, Jane did a great job of suggesting houses that were in our budget and met most of our criteria. I would definitely recommend her especially for any first time home buyers.

We decided on relocating from Pennsylvania to Powell Ohio to be close with our family, especially our granddaughters! Jane and I met and discussed what we were searching for! Doug helped us find and buy this house 11 years ago when we relocated from out of state, and he went the extra mile in selling the house, meeting with the contractors several times as we were finishing up a kitchen/family room remodel, as well as the buyers for several walk throughs. He also knows this area extremely well and is plugged into the Columbus area community. Although we have neighbors and friends that are realtors, asking Doug to sell the house was a no-brainer. I cannot say enough great things about our Realtor, David Hannan. We interviewed multiple local “experts” and selecting Dave was an easy decision. From our initial meeting, he was informed, intelligent, had an acute level of observation, and did his homework. He demonstrated expertise at a level far and above the others. Throughout the sale process Dave kept us informed at every step. He held open houses and consistently followed up with all who visited. His energy and diligence was impressive. As we received offers, he negotiated them shrewdly yet with integrity. He had creative ideas that kept the final deal together when it looked like compromise wasn’t an option. We sold our house and could not have been more pleased with the service Dave provided. From the initial discussion, to the closing and subsequent post-closing issues, Dave was always one step ahead and willing to assist in ways well outside the scope of a typical Realtor. Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate field. She made very good use of all the resources available to her and was very proactive in terms of the marketing and networking strategies she used to sell my mom's house. Amanda really listened to us and our concerns. I think she is able to relate to her clients on a personal level, and at the same time is very professional with everyone she deals with, including other agents.
