Lori guided us over the course of months to curate the sale of our estate home. Lori executed our home going under contract in 3 days from the first showing. We received four offers with a final sale price of 10% over asking price. The closing process went smoothly and communication was crystal clear. In the months leading up to the transaction, we had several home projects to complete. During that time, Lori helped us find quality reasonably-priced contractors for several projects. We discussed the necessity and/or value of projects and impact on the home value. She kept us aprised of the ebbs and flows of the local market. Together we watched similar transactions. Lori was our first realtor and our first friend in Powell. 16 years ago she helped us find our first Powell home. When we sold that home 11 years ago, Lori executed that home sale going under contract in two days with multiple offers. We consult with Lori when we're contemplating large home improvement projects when selling our house isn't even on the radar. This is our relationship with our realtor.
