Carrie assisted us in the search and purchase of our new home. As new empty nesters, we had many specifics we were looking for, so we were willing to wait for the right home to come on the market. Carrie was very patient and we never felt pressured. She listened to our wants and needs, and kept us on track reminding us of what we wanted or what was missing in certain properties. I also felt like she was a good mediator when it came to what I wanted vs. what my husband wanted and helped us find ways to compromise or find solutions to make each of us happy. Carrie is very knowledgeable on repair costs and remodeling ideas, and has an amazing network of reliable contractors. I respect her honest advise and appreciate her expertise as a realtor.
