Cutler Real Estate asked John a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are John's?replies. 1. What is your professional/educational background? Hondros College? 2. Why did you choose a career in real estate? I have always had an interest in Real Estate. Got my start investing in homes back in the 1990's. At first I never thought I would sell Real Estate till my Dad told me that I would make a good Real Estate Agent. So back in 2004 I took my Dad's advise "Glad I did." and got my Real Estate License and started my career in Real Estate and never looked back. Once I sold my first home to a young first time home buying? couple, I knew this is what I wanted to do. I don't even feel like a sales person. I feel I am a public servant helping people find the home of their dreams. This is a very satisfying career to me.? 3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live? I am currently living in Hilliard, Ohio. Love living in Hilliard. Schools are great! Shopping is close. Awesome restaurants and love the popular Old Hilliard. They have an abundance of parks and recreational opportunities. Most important we feel safe.? 4. How do you spend your free time? I do a lot of outreach volunteering for my church. Enjoy reading self help books. To get away I love taking rides on my motorcycle. I enjoy history movies and action movies. Workout.? But most of all love making memories with my daughter and watching her grow.? 5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be? I have two clocks that have been in my family for years. One is a grandfather clock my Dad bought 30 years ago. The other is a mantel clock that belonged to my Great Uncle. That one is around 90 years old. 3) 1982 Corvette. 4) Motorcycle and 5)? Great memories. 6. In one word, how do you think your friends/family would describe you? Sarcastic

John is a very honest person who takes a very personal approach to his job. He gets to know his clients and takes their needs very personally. He understands that the decisions being made are life changing and takes that journey right along side his client. It is very comforting to have someone personally invested in the process.

Many thanks to John Hart for all the hard work he did for us. He knew what to do to make the sale of our condo happen. We had multiple offers within just a couple of days, and got several thousand dollars over asking price (which we were thinking was a lot to start with). Thanks again, John! You’re the best!
