From working with us and selling our house providing market analysis, getting it up on the market and ready to list and providing all the marketing tools to get it sold very quickly within the price range much higher than we were hoping for we are very satisfied. To turn around and work with us on purchasing a house by going out of her way to again, show us what the market has to offer and taking us too many open houses and then coming up with what we were comfortable with, and what she thought was appropriate and offering to Purchase the-home we just did closed on This being despite other bids coming in on the house, but being prepared and having the appropriate items in place to be chosen over the other bids, we have Seana to thank for this!!!
