Shannon walked me through every phase of the sale. Her professionalism and care is beyond reproach. There are not enough good words to describe Shannon Brewster! She followed up with every detail from start to finish. I never had to worry if she followed up on anything, always getting back to me immediately. Having been in sales for 35 years, how she conducted her business was unreal. Whenever I needed a suggestion when needing help to from a handyman, to someone to clean gutters, or roofer, she had a referral for me. Her support throughout this process was amazing. My daughter made the comment that when she looks for her first home (coming up soon), she would never consider anyone else other than Shannon. She really relates to everyone. Mike was an absolute blessing! From day one we were informed about all avenues of the home selling process. Had it not been for Shannon's stick-to-it-iveness, I am not sure my wife and I would have found a home. 9 months, 19 offers (18 of them far above list), and never one complaint from Shannon. She was there to try to help us find the right house, at the right price, even though it meant her touring what I would guess to be 50 homes for us while we worked remotely. I really appreciated her positive attitude, communication that was second to none, and timeliness. The house that we won she wrote the offer for while she was on vacation with her family! Shannon was committed to helping us win and was as invested as we were. In a tough market, you need a realtor that will stick it out with you and match your level of commitment which she did. I will always be appreciative of how she treated my wife and I and the help she provided.
