Jen rocks! From the first two minutes of chatting with her on the phone, to our first in person meeting, and all of the way through settlement, Jen proved again and again why she’s the absolute best. She’s professional, and extremely knowledgeable in real estate and marketing. She came to our first meeting prepared with information about selling, marketing, and prepping our home to showcase it in the best possible light. She brought market study analysis to help us establish the best possible price point to list our home. Jen provided us with a clear vision of what to expect during our initial meeting, and then throughout the process. Whenever Jen said she was going to do something, she did it! We never had any occasion where we had to follow-up with her because she communicated proactively and timely. Some realtors just slap a sign on your yard and post a few pictures; passively waiting for buyers to show up. Jen sets herself apart by truly marketing and showcasing your home, using social media, coming soon advertising, professional photographers/videographers, post cards, etc. I have and will continue to recommend Jen to all of my friends, family, co-workers, and anyone who is in need of a real estate agent.
