Josh was fantastic to work with every step of the way. He handled everything for the initial setup, photographing and open house. When our first offer was well below asking and the buyers did not accept the counter offer, Josh reassured us we were making the right choice. Two weeks later an eager buyer expressed interest, no doubt because off all the hard work put into the house. This was the sale of our first home and should have caused many sleepless anxious nights but there was never any worry knowing the house was in such great hands. Awesome experience, we are so thankful.
