After the passing of my father, we needed to get my mother's home sold to move her up closer to family in Ohio. Kasey came in and took charge and guided us through the entire process so we could concentrate on all of the family things we were dealing with. There were parts of our sale that were not typical of a normal sale (fully furnished, solar paneling finance, 55 older community). She and her team not only got us what the home was listed for, but well over the market asking price and an incredibly smooth closing since we were out of state.
