I was relocating from PA... Brandi and Kasey came highly recommended by a friend. Issues kept arising for my home in PA and Brandi and Kasey worked with me even though it was a lengthy process. She showed me probably 50 houses or more as I couldn't decide. Finally I changed my requirements a small amount and found a house that I loved. We got under contract and she maintained communication through till the end. Both of them showed up at my closing to support me in the process. This was the second time I purchased a house and first time I sold. Some things that stood out: - Even on weekends she was always available via phone or text to answer questions even if it was concerns with my realtor in PA. - Remained very professional not to say anything about my initial realtor in PA that I was having issues with. Once I changed realtors she provided positive feedback on the new listing/realtor, sure enough it sold in a week. - Even though I was a pain and couldn't make up my mind, she was never negative about how many houses we looked at, she would always say "It's my job, to help you find the house you want. " - While looking at mortgage brokers, I was comparing the one the recommend with others and during the process she just said "Take a look and compare. You need to use whomever is best for you" Where I have had others wanting you to choose theirs... I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell and when I am ready to move again, if I am ever wanting to put myself through that pain, I will surely be calling them. This time was long distance and they worked closely with my realtor in PA to make everything smooth

Brandi worked hard to close on this property in a 2 month timeline with multiple closings going on concurrently. She was essential in the negotiation process and very responsive whenever I reached out. I would not have been able to close as effectively on this property without her expert assistance.

Brandi worked diligently on a tight schedule to help identify and close on this purchase. There were several complications with the purchase including additional flood insurance as well as several necessary repairs that Brandi helped identify, and she was integral in the subsequent negotiations with the seller.
