Mary helped us every step of the way with the sale and staging of our old house and the finding and buying of our new home. She helped and coordinated the best and most experienced inspectors to help us be assured the property was something we were comfortable with. Mary made our move and sale smooth and easy

Mary Hansmeyer is not only a fabulous realtor, but an amazing human being! She went above and beyond in helping me through the process of buying my first home. Mary is highly knowledgeable and was able to recommend good lenders, home inspectors, contractors, and title companies. As someone who is new to the Twin Cities area as well as a first time homebuyer, I was nervous having never gone through this process before - but I was in great hands with Mary! She made this experience very seamless and took the time to help me understand what was going on every step of the way. She advocated for me so much, and in the end I was able to find the perfect first home that checked off all the boxes for me and my dog. I could not recommend her highly enough, if I was ever needing to sell or purchase another property in the future I would ask her to be my realtor again!

My friend referred me to Mary with the information, “she cares about you and she will work for you, not to quickly sell you a house”… I had burned through five realtors over several years trying to find my first house. Mary worked!!! She cared about what I needed and wanted, she understood my friends who came on house tours were not the client for this house, she had expectations that the house be sound, she knew the neighborhoods and the experts to call when we got to negotiations, she set a pace that was not frantic or rushed, she is full of fun facts about how things work and how they are built, she was supportive of all items I needed to negotiate, she was clear on the process. She was there when I needed her, and willing to help in soooo many ways that are above and beyond. She was open to suggesting new things when the tours weren’t working, and she was supportive when I got tired from the labor of house hunting but still hadn’t found a keeper. Love love love her commitment, support, and process for finding and moving to a fantastic home.

Mary helped me sell my home and find a new one this summer. My house needed some work to get it ready for sale and Mary was right in there helping with it all. I've never known a realtor to get her hands dirty and her involvement helped keep the process on track. For the bigger stuff, she was able to provide names of contractors to help with the improvements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mary to anyone selling or buying a home.

Mary was a perfect agent for me. Her decades of experience showed at every turn, her dedication to a successful sale was unmatched, and I really appreciated her no-nonsense, personable approach. Due to a variety of factors, my house went on the market at a difficult time. Mary kept a positive attitude throughout the whole process and helped keep me believing that it would be done. She rolls up her sleeves and works hard; she taps into a considerably large network that she has created; she keeps in touch and listens to her clients. In the world of realtors, Mary is in a class of her own! I am grateful to have had her as my agent.

Mary is great at her job. Very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. She can see things beyond our eyes such as the cost of tree removal, recommending crime scene map, new appliances and roofing etc. Always reminding us that there will be another house to fall in love with if our offer does not get accepted. Yet, she does everything to guide and help her clients to get their offers accepted. When we ran into problems with our lender she continued to work on our behalf to find a new lender who was on the same caliber with her. Mary is such a great advisor for any first time home buyer. The way she explains formal "realtor language" and the process of buying is beyond what we could ever understand and imagine. We would never feel safer and right about buying our first home without Mary's professionalism and expertise! She is the best person to guide throughout every step of the process of buying and selling. She finds solutions for every scenario and outcome. Mary guided us with honesty and integrity listening to our needs , dreams and hopes for our new house and possibilities within our budget ....Because of the way Mary works with her clients we were able to purchase our first home despite all obstacles. We trusted Mary's advise and expertise till the closing day which she made pleasant and stress free, because of how she treats and works with her clients and the sellers team. Mary met with our expectations and hopes for a prefect home and delivered beyond 100%Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
