When I’m not in the office or on the road I have my dad hat on for my 10 month old daughter Zoey and our dog Enzo. My wife and I like surfsides at the ballpark, family walks after work, Eagles tailgates on Sunday, and taking our dog to new hiking spots.

Matt Morrow is the CEO and co-founder of the CORE Real Estate Team. He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and has spent most of his life building businesses, serving his community, and helping people move forward. Long before real estate, Matt spent nearly 20 years in Fire and EMS, where he learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and showing up for people on some of the worst days of their lives. He is also an Eagle Scout, and those early lessons in service, leadership, and perseverance still shape the way he lives and works today. In 2025, Matt was recognized as a Forty Under 40 award winner for the systems and groundwork that led to the creation of the CORE Real Estate Team. Matt is a lifelong entrepreneur who genuinely enjoys the challenge of building businesses and strong team environments. He believes the right people, clear systems, and a shared mission can create something much bigger than any one individual. At CORE, his focus is on building a disciplined, supportive team that helps both clients and agents grow in meaningful, long-term ways. In addition to real estate, Matt is also an active professional pilot. Aviation has been a major part of his life for years, and he still flies private jets for a select group of clients around the world. The structure and precision of aviation have shaped his leadership style—focused on preparation, calm decision-making, and personal responsibility. Matt’s passion for real estate comes from personal experience. He started by house hacking early in his career, using creative financing and disciplined reinvestment to grow into multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties. That journey changed the trajectory of his life, and it’s what drives his work today. He believes real estate, when approached strategically, can give people options, freedom, and long-term stability—not just a place to live. Outside of work, Matt enjoys building with his wife Tara and their children, Brianna, Aidan, and Claire. He’s an avid runner, enjoys strength training, shooting sports, and spreadsheets lol.....

I became a Realtor in 2002 and built my business using a relational business model which was effortless given my ability to connect with people. In 2014 I formed a Team and found great satisfaction in training agents and watching their business grow. I later joined Realty ONE Group which gave me the opportunity to truly provide support coaching and create a collaborative work environment for agents to become true professionals. I've served on the local Board of Realtors as VP and as a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. I also served on the Executive Council for several years at a previous brokerage. I've earned numerous awards over the years but my most coveted is from a non-profit organization that recognized me for putting their needs before my own. I'm married with two grown children and live in Upper Bucks County. My son followed in my footsteps joining my Team and my daughter has a career in the mortgage business. In my spare time I enjoy golfing and biking. I'm excited to be a part of the ONE Family and supporting my Agents' growth and success as well as continuing the relationships I've built in the community.

John is a Pennsylvania Realtor with Realty One Group Supreme, serving the Greater Lehigh Valley markets. He specializes in educating real estate clients with an emphasis on providing personalized service, strategic planning, and worry-free transactions. Prior to entering real estate, John served his community in Public Safety for over 15 years in Emergency Management, EMS, and HAZMAT response, where he met his business partner, Matt Morrow. Those experiences instilled in him the discipline, problem-solving and servant leadership that have led to his success in real estate in the Lehigh Valley. John’s passion for real estate has propelled him to be an industry leader in client service and education. An Excellent Experience with Wendy James

We used Wendy James to sell our vacation home in Brigantine and I'd recommend her without hesitation. She was communicative the whole way through, not in an overwhelming way, just consistent. We always knew where things stood. When we had questions, she got back to us quickly and gave us straight answers. What I appreciated most was that she actually listened. She picked up on what mattered to us and worked with that. No pressure, no runaround. She handled things calmly and kept the process moving. Professional and Caring Experience

This was our first time selling a home after living there for a long time. We raised our kids there, enjoyed our grandkids and great grandkids in our home for years. We completely depended on Wendy to take us through the process. There were a lot of sentimental feelings and great memories shared there. Wendy understood all of that and did the work to make it easier. She got it! She’s a great realtor that happens to be our daughter.
