My husband and I are having settlement tomorrow on our new home! Jim also listed our old house for us and within 9 days it is under contract already! AMAZING. What a great team to work with. Jim is very knowledgeable and helpful and has answered all my questions along the way. Sometimes daily questions! This process has been so much easier than I thought it would be and I'm sure its because of the amazing group of people that help you along the way.
