We were able to work out and fix most of the items identified during the inspection period. She was very responsive to requests and any questions. Very reliable and could be relied upon. I highly recommend Bryn Munro!!! I recently just purchased a home in the College Park area and from the very first phone call with Bryn, I knew I wanted to work with her.
