We met LaShon at the first time home buyers class that she was teaching and from there we thought she was great. LaShon stuck with us every step of the way through the journey of purchasing our first home. She was very knowledgeable about everything that went into buying our first home which was great because we were able to ask questions anytime and get an quick response and never felt like we weren't taken care of. We had a few ups and downs with a couple of houses due to issues out of our control however, LaShon kept our heads up and remained positive throughout this entire time. Without her we would've been stuck in rut and never would've closed on a house. She treated us like her own family and there is not enough kind things we can say about her. We love our home and are grateful to have LaShon to guide us through the process of buying are first home.

This was me n my husband first time buying a home. We didn't know who to go with or what to do. My husband was talking with a co-worker one day, and she told him about this great realtor. Which ended up being his cousin Lashon. She was great and with us every step of the way. Gave us great advice very caring really love what she does. She said she would get us a home and she did. The process was hard but we went through the first time home buyers program which was free and very informational.. She made us feel at ease, she fought for us and made sure we got our dream. I love that she was our realtor, but I love that she's my family .

We went into the home buying process in need of a real estate agent, and ended up with our perfect house and a mother figure :) When we contacted La Shon through the Homes For Heroes program, she immediately took us under her wing, educating us about the process and making sure we were taken care of at every step. She made sure we knew that we are now "her babies", and that she would treat our house-hunting needs just like she would for her own children. When we settled on a house we loved and the inspection came back with some red flags, La Shon was forthright about wanting to see us in a house that wasn't going to be a headache for us down the road. When we found another house that looked even better, she took it upon herself to educate the sellers about our VA loan and assuage their worries about our offer. When we closed, she prepared a lovely basket of housewarming gifts for us from her own pocket, and organized a catered housewarming party at our new place, with themed decorations, mailed invitations, the whole nine. La Shon has been so much more than just a real estate agent for us, and we are so thankful for her going above and beyond every step of the way. We absolutely can not recommend her enough.
