La Shon has a great knowledge of the market as she is very active in the real estate community. Hence, she has a great referral network for many house relevant businesses. She has excellent communication, which was the most important thing to me. Prompt replies and calls when needed were done professionally. I loved working with her. She was very proactive which I care about. I am also detail oriented so I ask a lot of question, and she did not leave a single one unanswered, so I went into the process of the house suuuuuper confident. Given this was my first home purchase, I am very happy I bought then house and how smooth process was, and La Shon certainly played a huge role in it. Her communication to the seller on my behalf was very effective which is crucial in home buying. Some additional comments: One thing that stood out to me amongst other agents I have worked with is La Shon is not pushy at all. She is very honest. If a house is bad, she will tell you. I believe that is a good perspective to have as an agent. Her goal is to make the buyer happy and she does everything she can to make sure that is done. She is also hilarious. 1000000% recommended!

The moment we met Mrs. La Shon I knew my search for a realtor was over. It is no wonder why she was recommended to us. The manner in which we were taken care of was outstanding. Nothing could've gone better. Right from the get go, the communication made me feel like I wouldn't be guessing what was going on or if there was any updates and or changes that needed to be made.
