•We could not have asked for a better realtor than Laura. We have been working with her for the past 6 months to both sell our property and buy a new house in SF, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. She is so good at what she does and I recommend her in a heartbeat. Working with Laura to sell our condo, she provided an organized, detailed timeline of the process and took care of everything through her trusted vendors- repairs, painters, cleaners, and stagers, etc. We were in contract within 7 days of putting the property on the market. Laura accompanied us to all open houses, pointing out things to look out for and we really appreciated her incredible wealth of knowledge. She really listened and genuinely paid attention to what we were looking for and what we needed, sometimes even before we fully knew ourselves. There were properties we thought we liked that Laura provided her thoughts on; in retrospect, we would have been settling for something that we wouldn't have been happy with long term. In both cases, Laura was proactively communicating and responsive during the entire process, and we felt fully supported the whole way through. Even post purchase, she continues to be an amazing resource for us. She really is everything you want when buying and/or selling your home and we would definitely work with her again.
We are so happy to have found Laura and for her to have been our realtor for this last half year. Our growing family was in desperate need of more room, so we reached out to Laura based on her stellar reviews. Laura led our effort to sell our condo and included Christian as her showing partner. Laura created a portfolio that included her reviews, past projects (before+after photos), a detailed selling timeline and financial statements that helped us understand what the process would look like and what to plan for. Thanks to Laura and her team of contractors, our condo was prep'd in 3 weeks, looked phenomenal and really sold itself. Laura and Christian were on top of showing the home to groups and appointments, meeting with potential buyers, and getting feedback to us about what to expect next. As we got closer to selling our old home, Laura helped us tour new homes, saw homes on her own for us, and was always eager to hear our thoughts when we saw a home on our own (what we liked, what we didn't, etc). She caught problems as we walked through open houses, letting us know about issues that we wouldn't have seen ourselves. She also found great qualities in some homes that weren't obvious to us as we walked through. We were thankful for Laura's help and patience in doing that. We're so happy with our new home she helped us find and the space it gives our family to grow. Laura is proactive, communicative, and organized. Laura was always on top of her schedule, is a wizard at docusign and was ready to wrap up a contract step or sign off on a doc even if it wasn't necessarily "working hours." Laura really gets how the selling and buying processes work and how to solve for subtle problems that could ensnare other realtors. We highly recommend her and would definitely work with her again!
