Laura is fantastic!

We could not have asked for a better realtor than Laura. We have been working with her for the past 6 months to both sell our property and buy a new house in SF, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. She is so good at what she does and I recommend her in a heartbeat. Working with Laura to sell our condo, she provided an organized, detailed timeline of the process and took care of everything through her trusted vendors- repairs, painters, cleaners, and stagers, etc. We were in contract within 7 days of putting the property on the market. Laura accompanied us to all open houses, pointing out things to look out for and we really appreciated her incredible wealth of knowledge. She really listened and genuinely paid attention to what we were looking for and what we needed, sometimes even before we fully knew ourselves. There were properties we thought we liked that Laura provided her thoughts on; in retrospect, we would have been settling for something that we wouldn't have been happy with long term. In both cases, Laura was proactively communicating and responsive during the entire process, and we felt fully supported the whole way through. Even post purchase, she continues to be an amazing resource for us. She really is everything you want when buying and/or selling your home and we would definitely work with her again.
