I first worked with Lynda in 2009 when my wife and I purchased a townhome in the new Compass Bay Community. We were nervous new Florida buyers from Upstate New York- Lynda was great and easily walked us through the process of buying our first Florida vacation home. We kept in touch and recently decided to sell the property. We never considered listing it with any other Realtor. Lynda recommended new flooring and paint ideas before putting the townhome on the market. She also arranged for the work to be done by contractors she knew and trusted and provided us with estimates for all work to be done. The final product was amazing-after seeing the pictures I was sad we were selling! We had an accepted offer within a few days and closed on February 10, 2021. There were some issues with the closing as the buyers were in the UK-Lynda worked diligently to keep everything on track and kept us informed every step of the way.
