It was stressful selling my home in Florida while living in Washington state. Kris made it not only an easy and pain free experience, she went above and beyond helping me navigate everything necessary to ready it for market including finding and hiring professionals to make improvements to the home and also make sure things got done per the inspector’s suggestions. That alone would have been very stressful for me to do from 3,000 miles away. Her professionalism made it easy for me to relax and know the sale was being handled in an appropriate manner. I don’t think I would have been so hands-off with another realtor as Kris’s character and integrity allowed me that comfort.

This is the second time we have worked with Lynda and she was amazing once again. She helped us buy our first home in 2010 and then more recently listed and sold our home. Boy was it a challenging property to sell as the HOA was in litigation with the builder and FHA and Conventional buyers were not an option.
