Ann Larkins has been a Realtor® in the Williston area for six years. In that time, she has sold homes from High Springs to Summerfield, and everywhere in between. She is an avid researcher, having worked forty years at IBM Corporation in Administration. By her nature, she can not leave any stone unturned when it comes to finding a buyer their dream home. Likewise, she’s found that market analysis is key to pricing a seller’s home correctly. She focuses on getting sellers the exposure their home needs to reach qualified buyers and get it sold in record time. She has always believed in the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” She works tirelessly and feels she has been blessed many times over by the fantastic people she has met. She is, therefore, quite happy putting her skills to work in this profession. Ann is an active member of the GFWC Williston Woman’s Club as well as the First United Methodist Church of Williston, and an avid horse and dog lover. She very much enjoys living in Levy County where her dreams are coming true, daily. She looks forward to continuing to devote a good portion of her time to helping people either buy or sell their homes and, in doing so, playing a little part in making their dreams come true, too.
