It was an absolute pleasure to work with Shakira. Considering I am in NJ, and she was helping my elderly parents in Florida sell their home. During a pandemic, no less. As a first time home buyer, Kevin made the entire buying process very stress free. He was always availible via phone, text, email or in person if needed. During the negotiating process he was spot on on how much the home would likely appraise for and was great in getting me a fair deal on the home. He also gave new great advice on what to do after i purchased my home which he didn't have to do. Overall, he has a great personality and is very knowledgable. I would def recommend him to anyone.

Summary: Kevin was the quintessential professional. We will, without a doubt, ask Kevin to represent us for any/all future transactions. My wife and I asked Kevin to represent us after interviewing several other realtors and real estate agents. We thought his initial conversation was immaculate: he knew the areas we were looking for, he had a great track record, and a fun personality that we thought would make the process less stressful. We were right. Kevin helped us locate our home (1st showing) within a couple of weeks. We sent him a couple of other houses to view and he sent us cautions on one of them; we didn’t listen and wanted to see it anyway. We should have listened to him. In person, it was not the type of home we were looking for. Once we made our decision, Kevin helped walk us through the offer and next steps. The buyers accepted our decision and he helped coordinate the inspection (we thought it was very comforting that he attended our inspection). Our inspection did not return as cleanly as expected so he helped us craft our counter offer to get the house to an acceptable manner. In the end, we got our house within our requested budget with added benefits (money at closing, an added home warranty, and an additional concession to cover repair items identified on the inspection report).
