Licensed in both Florida and Georgia since 2003, Evan has over 17 years of real estate experience, and holds a business degree in real estate from Georgia State University. He works with a wide range of clients, including seasoned investors, first-time buyers, sellers, and property managers. Evan’s vast network of seasoned professionals enables him to offer clients smooth, low-stress transactions. Evan is originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina and now lives in Wilton Manors. His personal interests include photography, travel, and spending time with his two Rhodesian ridgebacks Jaylyn and Hugo. On top of everything

I've used Evan 3 other times to buy & sell real estate. Evan is always one step ahead of me in the process and anticipates what is coming. Outstanding agent, outstanding results!!!

Evan's professionalism and market knowledge is unmatched in the residential real estate market in Florida. Evan works in a market that is saturated with real estate agents and he is the cream that rises to the top. I would never consider using another agent when buying or selling real estate in Florida. Outstanding Agent!

Evan guided us through the showing, offer, contract, and closing with the utmost professionalism. He knows the market well so he was able to confidently advice us on our options.
