•Dave and Team Landon worked with me to both sell my old home and buy my new one. The experience was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with how it went. This review is about the purchase. This went great. We looked at about 10 homes, and with each viewing, I was able to narrow my scope and wishlist down and he learned better what I was looking for as the search continued. He always worked to get me in to see a house asap so that I didn't lose an opportunity to buy. He gave great advice on what to offer and how to navigate the process. Overall - I got the perfect new home for me and am so happy here.
