•This was my third time working with Leanna and my second time having her help me purchase a home. The importance of a good buyer's agent is often underappreciated - we don't need really need agents to find properties any more but buyers DO need experienced agents to have any chance of competing and winning the contract for a home in California. Leanna is so detail-oriented and professional that she's not only easy for me to work with but, as importantly, she's easy for the selling agents to work with - and working well with the selling agent could be the difference between an offer rejected or an offer accepted. This home purchase was challenging because I have a large dog and a limited budget but, once we identified a property, Leanna was able to work her magic with the selling agent and get me under contract quickly. My lender choice also made it difficult but Leanna was able to help keep things on track and we actually closed a week early - there's no way that would have happened without Leanna's level-headed and professional intervention to keep the lender and me on the same page.
