This was my third time working with Leanna and my second time having her help me purchase a home. The importance of a good buyer's agent is often underappreciated - we don't need really need agents to find properties any more but buyers DO need experienced agents to have any chance of competing and winning the contract for a home in California. Leanna is so detail-oriented and professional that she's not only easy for me to work with but, as importantly, she's easy for the selling agents to work with - and working well with the selling agent could be the difference between an offer rejected or an offer accepted. This home purchase was challenging because I have a large dog and a limited budget but, once we identified a property, Leanna was able to work her magic with the selling agent and get me under contract quickly. My lender choice also made it difficult but Leanna was able to help keep things on track and we actually closed a week early - there's no way that would have happened without Leanna's level-headed and professional intervention to keep the lender and me on the same page.

Leanna is experienced, professional, and easy to work with - her "superpower" seems to be her ability to manage and "win over" other agents (they, obviously, find her easy to work with too). Buyer's agents are not always easy to work with and having Leanna as a buffer was invaluable. This was not an easy sale but Leanna was there every step of the way, often doing the other agent's job, to make sure everything stayed on track. I had high expectations and she even exceeded them, getting this property under contract and sold for more than I was expecting and in less time.

Leanna helped me bought my dream house with the strategy I wanted, which no one believed it could happen. She put lots of efforts to learn my thought, and then communicate it to seller's agent. Although not all seller's agent would like to take my strategy, Leanna did not abandon me and finally we made this happen for my dream house! I am very happy that I choose her to help me through this process.

Leanna can prepare the property to its best condition and quickly identify potential buyers in the market. She is professional and well communicates messages to the other side to make significant progress in every negotiation. I really appreciate her help to push this deal to close in such a short time.
