•Mimi did it all to get my house as marketable and sale ready as possible. She looked at the big picture and the small details to advise and guide me with what would be the best way to show my house so I could get the best price. She supervised and directed the staging of furniture and the updates I made to the property so that I was able to go to work and not worry about a thing. She did this with so much care and attention as if it were her own home and her own wallet that actually it was better than I could have done it myself. This was a huge burden lifted for me as I did not have to take a single day off from work to monitor what was going on. From the initial meeting Mimi was knowledgeable and patient when explaining the sale process from beginning to end with me. She went over our broker agreement in detail and every question was handled with the details I needed to understand. I was very grateful that even though I was asking the same question a couple of times she easily and willingly answered as if it were the first time I asked. I can't imagine using any other broker as no one could give more than Mimi did to make this a pleasurable experience. Thank you Mimi!
