Kevin Carlson is a great real estate agent. He would unapologetically say ‘he’s the best agent in town” …I won’t disagree with that. He was there with me mid-way through the build helping me to pick out tiles and helping me with other choices. He is very responsive and communicative. He’s the kind of communicator that never makes you think you’ve been forgotten or you are second on his list. He is relentless and wants to find a buyer as much as you do. He does the research and knows his market. As a seller agent, he lets you make your own decisions, and just provides the best information for you to make those decisions…he strikes the right balance here. I would highly recommend; because, well, he’s the best!
