Ethical, hardworking, knowledgeable, professional - the list goes on! Working with Julia was the best decision we could have made. She recently helped our family find our dream home. As first-time buyers we had no idea what to expect during the process. Especially given the market, we would been lost without her. It took a few offers due to the market but we were always amazed at her ability to think creatively, give us the right pep talk when we needed it most and work tireless to make sure our family found our forever. Buying a home is so emotional and she just gets it. She is accessible, communicative and has such a high level of integrity. I can’t tell you how many stories we have heard (and seen firsthand with some of the sellers agents we saw) - Julia never wavers on the right thing to do, all the while finding us The One!
