•Melissa has been nothing short of a miracle. We had to to do much of this process from NC with no real knowledge of the Niceville area. She helped us discover the area and decide on where we wanted to look, and, once the house was chosen, she helped us make it a home by getting us in touch with and getting quotes from contractors. She set us up with trusted and fair inspectors, and the whole thing felt smooth and seamless. Not only that, but she gave us quite a few restaurant recommendations and things to do once we move! She has been absolutely invaluable, and it made the process much less stressful knowing that we had someone trustworthy in our corner. As first time home-owners, we would have been lost without her. Melissa walked us through every step and was very informative and helpful. She has really helped us turn this house into the start of a home, even getting us started with some fall decor and move-in necessities! The thoughtfulness is so above and beyond. We have even referred a close friend moving to the area to Melissa as well, because of how wonderful our experience was and how much we value her knowledge and work ethic.
