•Joey was fantastic to work with. We weren’t 100% sure what we were wanting but he gave us plenty of options. Joey also was happy for us to bop around to open houses, give him feedback, and refine our search for us. Once we landed on our property everything was seamless. He provided us with great comps, future values with work completed, and offered to help us lease our condo. Didn’t matter if it was morning or night, if we had questions he had answers! My wife is one of a kind when it comes to wants and desires and Joey handled her like a pro! Resourceful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. At closing, Joey gave us a bottle of champagne, it was a grand cru vintage which means it was the best grapes from the best crop at the vineyard…. I bring this up because Joey too is “grand cru” when it comes to real estate! Thanks joey.
