He provided us with great comps, future values with work completed, and offered to help us lease our condo. Didn’t matter if it was morning or night, if we had questions he had answers! At closing, Joey gave us a bottle of champagne, it was a grand cru vintage which means it was the best grapes from the best crop at the vineyard….
